  • Description: Ground-up construction of a 6,000 square foot veterinary hospital, delivered in collaboration with NE Construction Advisor. The interior includes multiple exam rooms, surgical suite, treatment areas, separate zones for boarding/recovery, client reception and waiting space, and support areas for lab, sterilization, pharmacy, and storage. Layout supports efficient clinical workflow with clear separation of public, treatment, and restricted zones, using durable veterinary-grade finishes and appropriate systems for ventilation, lighting, and plumbing.
