Springfield ARA Project

Key Construction Solutions begins new ARA project at 90 Carew Street, Springfield, MA. This will be a new Dialysis Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Finished project is a 14,000 square foot space designed by Christopher Kidd Architects.

This ground-up construction of a modern 14,000 square foot dedicated dialysis center building is designed as a standalone healthcare facility to serve the Springfield community. The exterior presents a clean, contemporary facade with large expanses of energy-efficient glazing to maximize natural light, brick or masonry accents for durability and local context integration, prominent signage for easy visibility and patient wayfinding, and a welcoming entry canopy or vestibule that emphasizes accessibility.  Inside, the layout supports efficient care with spacious treatment areas, private rooms, and comfortable patient zones, all finished in calming, medical-grade materials.
